Digital Scrapbook Page Elements

Sometimes a scrapbook page just needs one more little something. A flower tucked into a corner, a loose piece of ribbon trailing across the page, or a string of pearls layered over a favorite paper can completely change the finished design.

The Digital Elements is a growing assortment of individual embellishments created for layering, decorating, and adding those finishing touches to your digital scrapbook projects.

Transparent Digital Elements

The elements in this collection have transparent backgrounds, so you can place them directly over scrapbook papers, photographs, journal cards, and other digital designs without having to remove a white or colored background first.

You may find everything from delicate florals and greenery to ribbons, bows, strings, lace, pearls, twine, vintage pieces, and other decorative accents. Some will be simple little additions, while others may be larger arrangements that can become the focal point of a scrapbook page.

Because each element is separate, you can resize it, rotate it, flip it, layer it, or combine several pieces to create something completely different.

Mix, Match and Layer

One of my favorite things about individual digital scrapbook elements is how versatile they are. The same flower or ribbon can look completely different depending on the paper and other pieces you pair it with.

Layer a ribbon underneath a floral arrangement. Add pearls across the bottom of a page. Tuck a piece of lace behind a photograph. Combine several flowers and bits of greenery to make your own bouquet. Even a simple piece of twine can add just enough detail to make a layout feel finished.

Many of the elements are designed to coordinate easily with the scrapbook paper collections available throughout Boutique Scrapbook Papers, but you certainly don't have to use them that way. Mix pieces from different collections, combine colors you love, and create your own style.

Build Your Own Designs

These transparent elements aren't limited to traditional scrapbook layouts, either. Depending on the design, they can also be used for digital journals, memory pages, printable crafts, invitations, handmade cards, photo projects, and other creative projects.
